Technically, we met on Hinge… but for a while, we told everyone we met at Starbucks. (It just sounded cooler.) Our actual first meeting was in December 2021, when we grabbed coffee at Starbucks and ended up walking around an outdoor shopping center for hours, talking about every topic under the snow. By the end, it was clear neither of us wanted the conversation to end.

Our “official” first date came soon after at an all-you-can-eat sushi place—because nothing says romance like daring each other to eat just one more roll. That night we knew that we had something special and could be our true selves with each other.

About a month later we started dating, and three months in, Robbie was the first to drop the L-word. Since then, life has been full of adventures: traveling, watching Survivor marathons, hanging out with friends, and of course spoiling our dog, Maverick.

Fast forward three and a half years, countless sushi dates, and way too many reality TV episodes later… Robbie popped the question in New York City while visiting my college friends and surprised me with my best friend flying in to watch it happen.

We recently purchased our first home and are adjusting to homeownership and excited to start our married life!
